Lynx Compliance - Navigation Bridge: Evidence Collectors

Slots the Evidence Collectors menus into the NIST CSF 2.0 navigation shipped by lynx_compliance_navigation. This is glue only - it moves existing menus and hides the now-empty standalone root, so the Evidence Collectors section appears in the reorganised tree exactly when the feature module is installed.
