Slots the certification Badges menu into the NIST CSF 2.0 navigation shipped by lynx_compliance_navigation.

lynx_compliance_showcase parents Badges directly on the Compliance app root, so without this bridge it survives the reorganisation as a stray top-level tab sitting beside the CSF functions. Published certifications are something you show an outside party, which puts them under Prove with the trust portal and the auditor hub.
