Native spreadsheet dashboards for field service, shown in the Dashboards app rather than as a menu inside Field Service.
Adds a Field Service and a Health & Safety dashboard section, each with a ready-made dashboard built on the field-service reporting models, so a manager opens the Dashboards app and gets the safety indicators without building a spreadsheet from scratch.
Key Features
Health & Safety dashboard — a monthly view of incidents, hours worked, active workforce and the frequency rate (incidents per 200 000 hours) from the risk-card reporting model.
Dashboard sections — a Field Service and a Health & Safety spreadsheet.dashboard.group so more dashboards can be added per area.
Published by default — the dashboards are visible to field-service users in the Dashboards app on install.
Auto-Installation
Installs automatically with the field-service safety suite: it activates as soon as spreadsheet_dashboard and lynx_field_service_risk_card (which pulls in lynx_field_service) are installed, so a field-service tenant gets the operations and Health & Safety dashboards with no extra step. The mining production dashboard is a separate auto-installing add-on (lynx_field_service_mining_dashboards).
