Lynx Field Service - Push-to-Talk
Ties push-to-talk voice channels to field-service shifts so every crew has a radio when it goes to work, and there is a record of who was on which channel.
When a shift is activated the crew's push-to-talk channel is provisioned (or reused) and each crew member is logged onto it. Supervisors see the channel and the assignment log right on the shift, and can open the voice room in one click.
