What this solves

Lynx Field Service - Risk Card / CNESST Bridge

Connects the daily FLRA risk card to the CNESST incident register so a worker's end-of-shift "incident witnessed" note becomes a tracked, deadline-bearing safety file without anyone re-typing it.

Each side stays usable on its own: a site can run FLRA cards with no CNESST register, or the CNESST register with no field-service cards. Only when both are installed does this bridge appear (auto-installed), adding a single button to the card.

Key Features

  • Report a CNESST incident from a cardaction_report_incident() on field.service.risk.card creates (or reopens) a lynx.cnesst.incident pre-filled from the card: the worker as the employee involved, the shift date, and the card's note as the description.

  • Witnesses seeded from the present crew — the incident's witness list is filled from the crew present on the card's shift (present_employee_ids), minus the worker filing the report, so the people who were actually there are recorded automatically.

  • Card ↔ incident link — a cnesst_incident_id on the card keeps the two traceable to each other and stops a second incident being opened by accident.

  • End-of-shift button — the "Report CNESST Incident" button appears on the card only once the worker answers that an incident was witnessed.

Auto-Installation

Installs automatically when both lynx_field_service_risk_card and lynx_cnesst are present, since the bridge is only meaningful with both sides in place.
