What this solves
Employee Health & Safety Tab
Provides a single "Sante et securite" tab on the employee record that optional safety modules group under, instead of each adding its own top-level tab. The tab is a shared host: modules such as CNESST tracking, WHMIS/SIMDUT training and the first-aid station add their content as sub-tabs of this one page.
Health & safety features are enabled from the Employees settings through native install checkboxes, so nothing is a hard dependency and no feature is forced on: checking a box installs the matching module, which then slots its sub-tab into this page; unchecking removes it.
