Adds a self-service recurring-revenue dashboard to the partner portal. Each reseller sees the MRR/ARR of the book of business they referred — the subscriptions of their referred clients — without seeing any other partner's data or a client's private details.
The dashboard reads the channel-partner metrics computed by the subscription bridge (current and current-year MRR/ARR, a short-term tendency, and a monthly time series) and renders them as KPI cards and a self-contained SVG evolution chart, so it works in the portal with no external chart library.
