Lynx Affiliate Sign
Optional bridge that upgrades referral-program enrollment from a checkbox acknowledgment to a legally strong electronic signature via Lynx Sign. When a company sets its referral terms-acceptance mode to E-signature and configures a terms template, enrolling in the portal sends the partner a signature request instead of enrolling them immediately; the referral link stays inactive until the request is signed and completed.
Key Features
Signature-gated enrollment — the referral link activates only once the partner signs the tenant-authored terms; a completed sign.request flips the partner to enrolled, records the accepted terms version and timestamp.
Terms template picker — a per-company sign.template selects the document sent for signature, configured in the Partner Program settings.
Completion hook — overrides sign.request.action_complete to enroll the referenced partner when the signed document is an affiliate enrollment.
Soft dependency — the core affiliate program never depends on Lynx Sign; this bridge is auto-installed only when both sides are present, and the checkbox flow keeps working unchanged when the mode is not E-signature.
Auto-Installation
Installed automatically when both lynx_partner_program_portal and lynx_sign are present. It carries no data of its own; uninstalling it reverts enrollment to the checkbox acknowledgment.
