• Incidents SST dashboard — light vs heavy accidents per month, how many are reported to the CNESST, incidents by type, the light/heavy split, and lost-time days over time, read from lynx.cnesst.incident.

• Absences dashboard — approved days off per month and type, by department, and the number of leaves per month, read from hr.leave.

• Performance dashboard — best team (tonnes/hour, advance, safety), hours by role, repeat-injury workers and supervisor card sign-off.

• Crew performance report — one row per crew with productivity (tonnes/hour), advance, hours, head count and incidents per 1000 h.
