This bridge adds those trade-specific service types and fields directly onto field.service.order, plus ready-made checklist templates and skill categories so dispatch can match the right technician to the right job from day one.

Site access notes - a free-text field for gate codes, pets, parking and tenant contact preferences the technician needs before arriving.
