Lynx Knowledge - Contacts Bridge
Bidirectional knowledge linkage between Lynx Knowledge articles and Contacts: Contacts records gain a "Related Articles" pane, articles gain a list of partner records they apply to, and the team stops searching for the runbook every time something happens.
Most contact questions have already been answered in writing. The problem is finding the right article when you need it. This bridge adds many-to-many links in both directions so contact records surface partner-relationship playbooks, and articles list the partner records they govern - without copy-pasting URLs into chatter.
