Deliver WHMIS 2015 (SIMDUT) worker education as a real Odoo eLearning course that keeps each employee's training record up to date automatically.
WHMIS requires that workers be educated on the hazards they face and that the employer keep evidence of it. This thin module ties Odoo eLearning to the SIMDUT compliance register: a seeded "WHMIS 2015 / SIMDUT" course is flagged as the WHMIS course, and when an employee finishes it their training date and expiry are stamped on their employee record, so the compliance officer sees who is current without maintaining a separate spreadsheet.
