Issuer-side tender management, a public bid portal with vendor self- registration, sealed two-envelope evaluation with committee scoring, public Q&A and addenda, and award notices with the standstill period.
Sets the vertical up in one step, so a new tenant does not have to work out which of the Lynx modules its sector needs. Activating it installs the applications below and seeds the starter configuration listed with them, which is meant to be edited rather than kept as-is.
